WEST Race Cars have been a dominant force in prototype sports car racing in Australia since the make first took to the track in 2006. And they're set to join the Le Mans Sports Series in 2008.
Team principal, Greg Steer is set to take the wheel of a high-tech WEST at Sydney's Oran Park for the opening round of the series. Steer is an accomplished driver, and is expected to have a strong showing at the opening event.
The first round of the 2008 Le Mans Sports Series heads to Oran Park, Saturday 11 October.
